Abstract
The Measures for the Annual Report Disclosure of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives, issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, regulates the process for farmers’ cooperatives in China to submit and publicly disclose their annual reports. Cooperatives must report key information—including business operations, assets, online activities, and contact details—between January 1 and June 30 each year, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Market regulation authorities are responsible for oversight, including random inspections and handling public complaints about false information. Cooperatives failing to report or providing false data are listed as “abnormal operations” and subject to corrective measures.
