Abstract
These measures are enacted in accordance with the Law on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, aiming to strengthen the management of agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions, standardize the assessment thereof. The Measures consists of 34 articles.
The agricultural product quality and safety testing institutions shall be established according to law to ensure that the testing activities are carried out objectively, fairly and independently. The Measures further provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the application, review, examination and approval, issuance of the certificates of qualified testing institutions of agricultural products.
