Measures for assessment of the work to ensure the payment of wages for migrant workers.

These Measures, consisting of 13 Articles, are enacted to effectively prevent and solve the problem of wage arrears for migrant workers, effectively protect the rights and interests thereof, and promote social harmony and stability.
The assessment mainly includes strengthening the organization and leadership of ensuring the wage payment of migrant workers, establishing and perfecting the wage payment security system, and managing the wage arrears. The Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Resolving Enterprise Wages Arrears, under the leadership of the State Council, shall be responsible for carrying out the assessment work.
