Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 13 Articles, are enacted to effectively prevent and solve the problem of wage arrears for migrant workers, effectively protect the rights and interests thereof, and promote social harmony and stability.
The assessment mainly includes strengthening the organization and leadership of the work to ensure the wage payment of migrant workers, establishing and perfecting the wage payment security system, managing the wage arrears and improving the satisfaction of the people. The assessment work is under the leadership of the State Council and is implemented by the Leading Group for Employment Promotion and Labor Protection of the State Council.
