Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 7 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the provisions in Article 14 of the Measures of Beijing Municipality for the Implementation of the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China.
Any entity and individual engaged in fishing production within the administrative area of Beijing Municipality with the fishing license, shall pay the fishery resource increase and protection fee (art.2). The funds collected shall be used specially for the enhancement and protection of fishery resources (art.5).
