Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 29 Articles, provide for the rules, requirements and procedures governing fishery productive activities, such as engaging in aquaculture and catching or harvesting of aquatic animals and plants in the waters of Beijing Municipality.
The Text addresses the issues of planning water areas, the right to use water areas devoted to the development of aquaculture, aquatic product quality traceability system, fishing authorization, enforcement, conservation measures, fishery resource protection and enhancement fees, offences and penalties.
