Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China. Article 2 stipulates that all entities and individuals that fish or catch the aquatic animals and plants naturally growing or artificially enhanced in the inland waters, tidal flats and territorial waters of the People's Republic of China, or in other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China shall pay fishery resources enhancement and conservation fees. The text then deals with the collection system, the determination of the amount of fee, and the utilization of the collected fees.
