Abstract
These Measures aim at effectively preventing and controlling animal epidemic diseases and protecting the public health and safety.
Animal farms, breeding lots, segregation areas, slaughter and processing workshops, and areas for innocuous treatment of animals and animal product marketplaces shall satisfy the animal epidemic disease prevention conditions as specified in these Measures and for which an Animal Epidemic Disease Prevention Compliance Certificate shall be obtained.
These Measures further provide for supervision institutions and for penalties.
