Abstract
These Measures aim at strengthening the administration of feed production enterprises, safeguarding the quality safety of feed products, promoting the sustainable development of the feed and aquaculture industry, and maintaining the people’s health.
The text lays down conditions for the establishment of feed production enterprises. The feed administrative department of the provincial people’s government shall be responsible for the supervision and administration of feed production enterprises. Penalty and supplementary provisions are also given in the text.
