Measures of Fujian Province on Management of Mineral Resources.

These Measures aim at rational exploitation, utilization and protection of mineral resources. The Text consists of 32 articles. Mineral resources planning is divided into the overall planning and special planning. Special planning includes geological and mineral survey, evaluation and exploration planning, mineral resource development, utilization and protection planning, mine ecological environment protection planning, etc. Exploration and exploitation of the mineral resources shall be conducted under a concession granted by the competent geology and mineral resource authorities.
