Abstract
These Measures are enacted to regulate and strengthen the administration of subsidy funds for assisting the impoverished people, improve the fund use efficiency, and give support to local authorities in effectively assisting the impoverished people in Guangxi. The Measures consist of 20 Articles.
The Autonomous Region Finance Department and Civil Affairs Department are responsible for the implementation of the full budget performance management of the subsidy funds. The priority of subsidy funds shall be given to regions with acute poverty problems, heavy tasks for guarantee, and good performance. The financial and civil affairs departments of cities and counties shall accept the social supervision.
