Measures of Henan Province for the Implementation of the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China.

These Measures, consisting 25 Articles, provide for the rules, requirements and procedures governing fishery productive activities, such as engaging in aquaculture and catching or harvesting of aquatic animals and plants in the waters and tidal flats of Henan province. The Text addresses the issues of planning and determining water areas devoted to the development of aquaculture, the right to use such water areas, the license for production of aquatic fingerlings, certification of the origin of pollution-free aquatic products, fishing authorization, enforcement, conservation measures, offences and penalties.
