Measures for implementation of the Administrative Regulation of People's Republic of China on Pesticides.

The Measures consist of 28 articles in eight Chapters. The agriculture pesticide is defined in article two. A registration system shall be adopted. There are three steps of registration for new product and first time imported pesticides. A license must be obtained for manufacturing. Chapter four and five concern the labeling and use of pesticides. Chapter six prohibits the manufacture and sale of adulterate pesticides.
