Measures of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for the Administration of Subsidy Funds for Assisting the Impoverished People.

These Measures are enacted to regulate and strengthen the administration of subsidy funds for assisting the impoverished people, improve the fund use efficiency, and give support to local authorities in effectively assisting the impoverished people in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The Measures consist of 18 Articles.
When subsidy funds are issued, the autonomous region allocates funds such as urban and rural subsistence allowance, special poverty relief and support, temporary relief, vagrants and beggars relief, relief of orphans and children infected with HIV as a whole. The priority of subsidy funds shall be given to regions with acute poverty problems, heavy tasks for guarantee, and good performance. Local financial and civil affairs departments at all levels should establish and improve the supervision mechanism of subsidy funds and regularly and irregularly inspect the use and management of subsidy funds.
