The notification and commitment mentioned in these Measures refers to chain food business operating enterprises (excluding central kitchens and collective dining delivery units) that comply with the provisions of these Measures, when applying for a food business license, their directly operated chain physical stores provide written commitments that comply with relevant regulations, and the licensing department can make a licensing decision without on-site verification. Regulatory authorities shall conduct inspections to verify compliance. Non-compliance with commitments may result in penalties, revocation of licenses, or suspension of operations.
