Measures of Jilin Province for the Administration of the Social Ecological Environment Monitoring Institutions.

These Measures, consisting of 22 Articles, are formulated to strengthen the management of social ecological environment monitoring institutions, standardize testing technical service behaviors, and promote the healthy, sound and orderly development of the socialized service market for ecological environment testing.
Social ecological and environmental monitoring institutions operating within Jilin Province must register with the provincial ecological environment department after obtaining certification from the market supervision authority. These institutions shall be managed through digital systems by the provincial ecological environment department.
