The Measures make provisions for selecting, funding, implementing, and overseeing projects focused on ecological conservation and restoration. The scope of the projects may cover forests, wetlands, grasslands, deserts, and other critical ecosystems, and the agricultural green development projects related to the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, the control of agricultural non-point source pollution, the protection of Yangtze River biodiversity, and the transformation and upgrading of grassland animal husbandry.
