Abstract
These Measures are formulate to strengthen the management of the special investment projects within the central budget of the ecological protection and restoration support system, standardize the project construction procedures and behaviors, ensure the construction quality.
Specific supporting directions of the special investment projects shall include:（1） Key ecological resources protection projects, including forest and grassland fire prevention and fighting, forest and grass germplasm resources preservation bank, grass-roots management and protection station construction, etc. （2） Wildlife protection and nature reserve construction. （3） Natural ecological monitoring and supervision projects.（4） The forestry law enforcement and supervision capacity enhancement project.
