Measures of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on Administration of Wetland Parks (for Trial Implementation).

These Measures are enacted o regulate the construction and management of wetland parks and promote the sustainable use of wetland resources. The Text consists of 32 Articles divided into 4 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Planning and Construction (II); Management and Utilization (III); Supplementary Provisions (IV).
The competent forest and grass authority of the autonomous region shall compile the construction plan of the whole region's wetland park according to the state of the whole region's wetland resources, the wetland protection plan and the general plan for land use. A wetland that meets the conditions as prescribed in Article 13 may apply for the establishment of a wetland park at the regional level.
