Abstract
These Measures aim at guaranteeing the right-to-know of electric power investors, business operators, users and the general public, and regulating the publicity of information on supervision over electric power.
The Measures consist of 19 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Contents To Be Publicized (II); Forms and Procedures(III); Supervision(IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
The State Electricity Regulatory Commission shall take charge of publicizing the information on supervision over electric power throughout China. The publicity of information on supervision over electric power shall be in compliance with the principles of being legal, being timely, being authentic and facilitating people. 　　 An electricity regulatory institution shall publicize the information on supervision over electric power as prescribed in Article 6.
