Measures of Qinghai province on the Management of Yushu Earthquake Relief Donation Materials.

These Measures are enacted to strengthen the management of social donation materials for earthquake relief, and regulate the receipt, allocation, distribution and use of donated materials. the Measures consist of 20 Articles.
The earthquake relief donation materials are mainly used for clothing, food, housing, medical care and emergency rescue and resettlement of the victims. The donated materials shall be reasonably distributed by the earthquake relief headquarters of the disaster area according to the size of the affected area, the affected degree of disaster, the density of the population, and the needs of the people in the disaster area to ensure the key points and ensure timely, efficient, open, fair distribution.
