Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 38 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China. The Text addresses the issues of aquaculture certificates, rules and requirements to be satisfied by any entity or individual engaged in aquaculture, fishing authorization, enforcement, conservation measures, collection of the fishery resource protection and enhancement fees, etc.
