Measures for the supervision and administration of major hazard source of dangerous goods at ports.

These Measures are enacted to strengthen the safety supervision and management of major hazard sources of dangerous goods in the ports, prevent and reduce the occurrence of dangerous goods accidents in the ports, and protect the safety of people's lives and property.
The Measures provide for the procedures and rules to be satisfied for the identification, assessment, registration, filing, verification, supervision and administration of major hazard sources of port dangerous goods.
