Abstract
These Measures are enacted to regulate and strengthen the administration of subsidy funds for assisting the impoverished people, improve the fund use efficiency, and ensure the timely and full distribution of the subsidy funds to the relief objects. The Measures consist of 16 Articles.
The priority of subsidy funds shall be given to regions with acute poverty problems, heavy tasks for guarantee, and good performance. The Department of Finance and the Civil Affairs Department of the Autonomous Region shall organize regular or irregular evaluations of the performance of subsidized funds.
