Abstract
These Measures are enacted to regulate the traceability label management of the national agricultural product quality and safety traceability management information platform (referred to as the "national traceability platform"). The Measures consist of 18 Articles.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs shall exercise unified supervision and administration over traceability labels. The Measures further provide for the generation, use, preservation, supervision of traceability labels, and the offences and penalties.
