Abstract
This Notice aims at regulating the archival filing of the enterprise food safety standards.
Enterprises shall report enterprise standards to the local provincial health administrative department for archival purpose. Standards must cover the raw materials of food (including ingredients, food additives, etc.), production technology, limits as well as technical requirements related to food safety.
