Provisions on the Administration of Environmental Protection Relating to Solid Waste in the Category of Import Restriction Usable as Raw Material.

These Provisions are enacted in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environment Pollution Caused by Solid Waste and the Measures for the Administration of Import of Solid Waste, aiming at carrying out the Implementation Plan of the State Council on Banning the Entry of Foreign Garbage and Advancing the Reform of the Solid Waste Import Administrative System and further strengthening the administration of import of solid waste in the category of import restriction usable as raw material.
The Provisions set up the requirements for the application of import permits of solid waste in the category of import restriction usable as raw material, measures for approval and supervision, annual environmental protection report filing, etc.
