Provisions on Administration of Visiting China's Antarctic Expedition Station.

These Provisions, consisting of 12 Articles, are formulated to protect the Antarctic environment and ecology, and regulate the activities of visiting the China Antarctic Expedition Station.
Visits to the Stations shall be approved in advance by the State Oceanic Administration. The Provisions apply to the management of tourism, exploration, culture, science popularization, sports and other activities conducted during visits to the Station. Scientific exploration activities and intergovernmental cooperation and exchange activities approved by the State Oceanic Administration for the purpose of scientific research are not within the scope of the Provisions.
