Abstract
The aim of these Regulations is to strengthen the pig slaughtering management, ensure product quality and safety of live pigs, to protect people's health. The Text consists 25 Articles.
Designated locations for live pig slaughtering and centralized quarantining system shall be carried out in Henan Province. Qualified pig meat quality products shall be stamped with the meat inspection stamp of quality or accompanied by meat quality inspection marks. Local people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the supervision and leadership of the live pig slaughter management. The Regulations further provide for offences and penalties.
