Abstract
These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law, the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law, the Cosmetic Hygiene Supervision Regulations, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drinking Water Hygiene, and the Disinfection Management Measures, aiming to ensure the physical health of consumers and regulate the national health supervision and sampling work of health-related products.
The health related products referred to in these Provisions refer to food, cosmetics, products related to drinking water hygiene and safety, and disinfection products stipulated by the aforementioned laws and regulations. Article 3 National Health Supervision and Sampling for Health Related Products refers to the health supervision and sampling organized by the Ministry of Health in accordance with the law on health related products and their production and business premises.
The Provisions consist of 41 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions; Sampling procedures and requirements; Handling and publishing of sampling results; Management requirements; Supplementary Provisions.
