Abstract
These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law and the Urban Water Supply Regulation, aiming to ensure the hygiene and safety of drinking water and safeguard human health.
These Measures shall apply to the supervision and administration of the sanitation of central water supply and secondary water supply entities and products involving the sanitation and safety of drinking water. The state shall implement the sanitary licensing system for water supply entities and products involving the sanitation and safety of drinking water. The drinking water supplied by water supply entities shall comply with the state sanitary standards for domestic drinking water.
