Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Trial of Cases Involving Disputes over Compensation for the Damage Caused to Marine Natural Resources and Ecological Environment.

These Provisions, consisting of 13 articles, are enacted to regulate the trial of cases involving disputes over compensation for the damage caused to marine natural resources and ecological environment. Article 5 provides for the scope of compensation for damage of marine natural resources and ecological environment. The Provisions further set up the procedures and rules to be followed for the trial of cases involving disputes over such compensation.
