Regulations of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Consumer Rights Protection.

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, safeguard the social and economic order and promote the healthy development of the socialist market economy.
The Regulations provide for the rights of consumers and obligations of business operators; protection of lawful rights and interests of consumers by the state; consumer organizations; settlement of disputes; legal liability; etc. The relevant provisions of these Regulations apply to the purchase and use of production materials by farmers directly used for agricultural production.
