Regulations of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on drought control.

These Regulations aim to prevent and mitigate the losses caused by droughts and disasters, ensure domestic water consumption, coordinate production and ecological water consumption, and promote sustained and healthy development of the economy and society.
The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the construction and renovation of farmland water conservancy infrastructures, urban and rural water supply projects, drought control emergency water sources and their ancillary facilities, and give priority to water supply sources, water recycling and other construction projects to improve drought control water supply capacity and water use efficiency.
