Regulations of Jiangxi Province on Administration of Agricultural Machinery.

The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the management of agricultural machinery, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, operators and users of agricultural machinery. The Text consists of 60 Articles divided into 9 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Management Responsibilities (II); Quality Safeguards (III); Widespread Use and Maintenance (IV); Commercialized Services and Support Measures (V); Education and Training (VI); Safety Supervision and Management (VII); Legal Responsibility (VIII); Supplementary Provisions (IX).
People's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the promotion of agricultural mechanization into their plans of national economic and social development, gradually increase the investment, and take such measures as financial support, preferential taxation policies. Units and individuals who purchase tractors and combines, shall apply to the county (city, district) competent agricultural machinery safety supervision and management authorities for registration, and obtain registration certificates, driving licenses.
