Abstract
These Regulations are formulated to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy, promote the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, rural progress, and the comprehensive development of farmers, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
The Regulations consist of 12 Chapters: General Provisions; Planning and Layout; Rural Industrial Development; Talent Support; Cultural Prosperity; Ecological Protection; Organizational Construction Urban Rural Integration; Assistance Mechanism; Guarantee Measures; Supervision and Inspection Supplementary Provisions.
