Regulations on the Registration of Tractors.

These Regulations aim at standardizing tractor registration. The Regulations consist of 38 Articles divided into 4 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Registration (II); Other Provisions (III); Supplementary Provisions (IV).
The agricultural machines supervision organizations should:1) hold the principles of openness, fairness, and convenience for users when performing tractor registration;2) use the computer management system to process the tractor registration, print tractor driving permit and tractor registration certificate. When applying for tractor plate number and driving permit for the first time, the applicant should perform safety and technical check on their tractors and acquire a certificate for the safety and technical check before applying for the registration. The Regulations further provide for registration conditions, procedures, registration periods, materials needed to be submitted, etc.
