Decree No. 2 of 2018 of the Ministry of Agriculture Promulgating the Regulations on the Administration of the Tractor and Combine Harvester Registration.

These Regulations aim to regulate the registration of tractors and combine harvesters. The Regulations consist of 33 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions (I); Registration (II); Changing registration (III); Registration of transfer(IV); Mortgage registration (V); Cancellation of registration (VI); Other provisions (VII); Supplementary provisions (VIII).
For the first time to apply for the number plate and driving license of tractors or combine harvesters, the safety technical inspection of tractors and combine harvesters shall be carried out before applying for registration, and the certificate of qualified safety technical inspection shall be obtained. Where the ownership of tractors or combine harvesters has been transferred, the registration of transfer shall be applied to the agricultural machinery supervision institution in the registered area.
