Abstract
These Rules , consisting of 19 Sections, are enacted in accordance with the Land Administration Law, the Mineral Resources Law and the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, aiming to standardize the investigation and punishment of land and resources violations, improve the level of law enforcement and enhance the efficiency thereof.
The Rules provide for the procedures and standards to be satisfied for the investigation and punishment of illegal acts on land and resources.
