Standard for the African Horse Sickness Disease-free Zone.

This Standard is enacted to implement regional management of animal diseases, standardize the assessment of the areas without prescribed animal diseases, effectively control and extinguish major animal diseases, improve animal health and animal product safety, and promote foreign trade.
The Standard specifies the conditions for the African Horse Sickness Disease-free Zone. It applies to the establishment and evaluation of the African Horse Sickness Disease-free Zone.
