Abstract
This bilateral cooperation Agreement consists of 14 articles and 1 protocol regulating fishing activity within the waters of Cape Verde and Senegal. It establishes the requirements to be met by vessels flying these flags in order to perform fishing activity. The protocol specifies fishing licence requirements (without fees), fishing areas, fish species to be caught, etc.
