Abstract
This provision contains 5 chapters. Chapter I defines INIDA as a public legal person, responsible for agricultural matters. INIDA has, inter alia, the following duties: promotion of agricultural research plans, cooperation with local and international entities, etc. Chapter II establishes the INIDA administrative organization (support services, etc.) and specifies duties of each department. The President of INIDA is appointed by the Council of Ministers and his competencies, among others, are: representation and financial authorizations. The Scientific Council must give its opinion on agricultural research plans (art. 14). Chapter III deals with financial management, annual budgets, etc.; it also specifies INIDA's income. Chapter V deals with agricultural controls.
