Decree-Law No. 16/2015 approving the concession bases for the exploitation of maritime public service within Capeverdean inter-island transport.

This Decree-Law approves in Annex, the concession bases for the exploitation of maritime public service within Capeverdean inter-island transport. The Annex, consisting of 13 Chapters, specifies the identified lines in the concession contract, including all necessary rights and obligations for the management and operation of maritime public service between the above mentioned islands. The concession agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature, and then signed by both parties, competing the same to the Ministers responsible for Finance and Maritime Transport in granting state representation (under and for the purposes of the Base LIX ).
