Abstract
This Resolution, under Decree-Law No. 16/2015 of 10 March regulates the inter-island public service concession contract for the maritime transport of passengers and cargo signed between the State of Cape Verde and Cape Verdean inter-island public service (Cabo Verde Interilhas). The contract aims at regulating the concession of the inter-island passenger and cargo public maritime transport service. The contract includes the following elements: (a) Clarifications and corrections to the documents of the procedure, including the Tender Programme; (b) Tender Specifications; (c) The Call for Proposals; (d) The awarded bid.
