Abstract
This Decree-Law proceeds to the fourth amendment of Decree-Law No. 37/2014 of 23 July approving the special legal regime for executing the land registry in the islands of Sal, Boa Vista, São Vicente and Maio, as amended by Decree-Law No. 52/2015 of 24 September, Decree-Law No. 44/2016 of 6 September and Decree-Law No. 39/2017 of 6 September. Amended articles deal with the scope and duration and the exemption of emoluments established by the main Decree-Law. In addition, they establish that exemptions from fees for notarial acts and registration provided for in Articles 29, 30 and 30-A shall apply to the whole island, regardless of the territorial area of the registry operation, and shall be in force until 31 December 2019.
