Decree-Law No. 16/2023 amending Decree-Law No. 3/2015 on the legal regime for the use of mineral masses, including their exploitation.

This Decree-Law amends articles 17-G, 44 and 62 of Decree-Law No. 3/2015 on the legal regime for the exploitation of mineral masses. As part of the procedure for issuing the operating licence, an inspection is carried out at the site where the quarry is extracted to assess and validate the conditions required for the proper use of the mineral mass. In addition, it amends the boundary signals of the property, the borders and the accesses to the site, as well as any existing easements, etc.
