Decree-Law No. 19/2016 regulating acts and procedures applicable to the entry and exit of vessels from national ports.

This Decree-Law regulates the acts and procedures applicable to the entry and exit of vessels from national ports and establishes the harmonized reporting formalities to be submitted to the authorities regarding the call of vessels in national ports, as approved by the International Maritime Organization's Convention on the Facilitation of International Maritime Traffic (FAL-65) and its amendments. It applies to the acts, procedures and formalities of declaration on entering or leaving national ports relating to the vessels, its cargo, crew and personal effects, passengers and on-board provisions.
