Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the second amendment to the Ports Law of Cape Verde, approved by Legislative Decree No. 10/2010 of 1 November. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings; duties of the economic regulator of the port sector; jurisdiction of the economic regulator of the port sector; organization and operation of the economic regulatory authority for the port sector; regulatory entities of the port sector, etc.
