Abstract
This Decree-Law makes the fourth amendment to Decree-Law No. 61/2016 of 29 November, amended by Decree-Law No. 40/2017 of 6 September, Decree-Law No. 38/2021 of 23 April, and Decree-Law No. 5/2022 of 8 February, which regulates the organization and operation of the Social Sustainability Fund for Tourism, and the mechanism for the settlement, collection, administration, and supervision of the tourism contribution.
