Abstract
This Decree-Law approves the Regulation of the organization and operation of the Social Sustainability Fund for Tourism (Fund). The Regulation, consisting of 33 articles divided into four Chapters and one Annex, aims at the implementation of public policies for the promotion and development of tourism with a view to improving the quality of the tourist destination and promoting the sustainable and inclusive development of tourism, also regulating the mechanism of settlement, collection, administration and inspection of the tourist contribution.
